If you are searching for qualified applicants or have unfilled positions, please consider Empower YOU Speech & Language Therapy, LLC! We offer school-based contract services to districts in-person within Middle Tennessee, and virtually throughout Tennessee, and Illinois!

Our therapists are licensed and experienced in both Tennessee and Illinois special education procedures, and are knowledgeable in TN Pulse, EdPlan, and Embrace.

We offer an alternative to working with expensive out-of-state recruiting companies. You work with a local, small business rather than a large-scale, corporate contracting company, with SLPs with over 18+ years of experience in the school setting.

Knowledge and Skillsets we provide:

• Extensive knowledge in speech, language, fluency, and social skills

• Multi-modal communication and AAC

• Developing IEP’s

• Performing comprehensive evaluations

• Measurable goal writing and thorough data collection to document progress and educational impact

• Participating in and/or leading IEP and parent meetings

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
